Summer POP Academy

Bring out your inner pop star! Learn about your favorite pop stars, and what makes them unique. Find out which stars and songs best fit your vocal style, and how to find the best songs for your voice without a teacher! Learn what you should and shouldn't do in terms of pop techniques! Then work on stage, sing with the microphones and learn hands on how to perform like a real pop star!
A Song In Your Heart-Songwriting

Few things compare to the feeling of creating your own music. Learn the basics of songwriting will be broken down and students will be guided through the writing process from the chords to the lyrics to the melody. Whether you've filled a notebook already or been staring at a blank page for months, if there's a song in your heart we will coax it out.

A Triple Threat Performer is someone who can Sing, Dance & Act!
This intensive all day 5 day bootcamp will put you through your paces. Perfect your singing, acting and dancing skills with our professional instructor-artists who will pass on their expertise in Musical Theatre, Film & TV, Hip-Hop, Acting for Stage, Acting on camera, Singing and much more.
Technique will be worked on and then hands on will take place to create a showcase for friends and family Saturday at 10am! Be the best – be a Triple Threat!
Participants of Triple Threat Bootcamp can expect to:

Learn about acting theories styles, and explore stage combat and characteriztion.

Are you just learning violin? Want to learn more? Do you have a violin but never learned to play? Join us as we learn the basics of playing the violin, including proper playing technique, posture, and producing great sound, no more screeches and scratches! While we cannot teach everything there is to know about the violin in a week, we can help you get started and motivated to continually learn. There will be a short performance the last day of camp to SHOWCASE all that we will have learned.
Requirements: A violin, a method book (it will be assigned at the first session) and a desire to have FUN!

Here’s where you learn to become a little more professional and a better violinist! In this camp, students who are at a more advanced level of playing will enjoy playing all genres of music, playing in an ensemble as well as soloist, learn new tricks, and brush up on that thing we love to call theory. A performance will follow on the last day of camp, to SHOWCASE all that we will have learned. You will be surprised by your performance quality at the end of the week!
Guitar 101 Youth

Beginning guitar players of all ages will learn the basics of the instrument at a pace that is both comfortable yet exciting. Students will be taught basic guitar set-up for both acoustic and electric guitar, major and minor scales, and then build their skills into simple yet fun chord progressions to make songs you can show off to your friends and family!

Musical Workshop Production - Jack and The Beanstalk

Join Jack and the cast in mounting a full production of this classic story. Participants will gain knowledge in all the skills needed to be in a production.
Everyone who signs up will be in the show however auditions June 29th will be held for casting placement. Rehearsals will begin directly after this, Mon - Fri for two hours. Tech week rehearsals will be Mon - Fri for four hours. Performances (2) will be the last week of July!
Props, costumes and set will be used! We are also using stage hands, set designers, lighting and sound people as well! Don’t miss this awesome opportunity!
A FREE performance for the public will be performed July 27th & 28th!
